Examination Results
Exam period is a stressful time for students and parents.
We will ensure that students and their parents / carers have regular updates about exams. During exam years students will receive lessons planned to ensure that they understand what will happen in exams and how to access help as well as exam practice to go through what happens on the day. Access arrangements are applied for at the beginning of an exams season to minimise stress as much as possible.
During examinations, JCQ guidelines are followed and students must comply with them.
Students will all be issued with candidate numbers and they will be expected to enter them on each exam paper. If a student misses an exam a medical note must be provided if an appeal is to be made.
It is important to collect your exam certificates when they are available and keep them safe. You will need them for education and work opportunities in the future.
