Accessibility
Our school aims to be inclusive. We aim to provide an environment where all our children look forward to our school day. We recognize that every child is different and see these differences as an opportunity for everybody to learn more about themselves
Every effort is made to provide equal access to every child regardless of their individual needs. Our accessibility plan describes the arrangements we have already made and also details further proposals to improve access to the school, curriculum and access to written information
Our aim is for all children to have access to all aspects of school life, as far as is reasonable and practicable.
In order for an effective partnership between home and school to take place, we anticipate that parents will want to;

In order for an effective partnership between home and school to take place, we anticipate that parents will want to;
- Inform the school at the earliest opportunity if their child has a disability and the nature of it.
- Provide the information the school needs to plan effectively for the child to be a full member of the school community.
- Acknowledge that when deciding whether an adjustment is reasonable, one of the factors the Head Teacher must consider is the effect of the proposed change on all members of the school community.
- Recognise the importance of the school / home partnership.
