Be Engaged, Be Ambitious, Be Resilient

Welcome to our school!

Welcome to   NeneGate  School. We are a Special School offering education for pupils   aged   9 -16 years old with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties (SEMH)identified as their primary need.     We pride ourselves on a holistic and flexible approach to education, under pinned   by consistent principles which are reflected in our motto: Be Engaged, Be Ambitious, Be Resiient. We are proud to be part of Meridian Trust and ensure that the five  core Meridian values are embedded in our work.
Our aim is to place the needs of   our   pupils    first and to provide a happy, nurturing, engaging, secure and inspiring environment,   which encourages all our children and young people   to complete their education voyage successfully, aim high and follow a broad and balanced curriculum appropriate   to   their    needs.  We have expertise in delivering a wide range of individual learning programmes as part of our four, unique curriculum flows.
We value the relationships we have built within this community and   owe want our pupils,     parents    and staff to feel valued, respected and trusted.  We place a high premium on equality of opportunity   for pupils and colleagues.
We want our students to be happy
, well-informed, responsible young people who are ready to progress onto the next stage of their education and make a positive contribution to the wider community.  We are always happy to see parents   of existing and potential students    and welcome   visitors to our school.   If you would like to come and see   us  then please get in touch    to arrange a visit.
